Founded in the first year of Kansei (1789).Since the Edo period, it has prospered as a breadbasket of the Kawagoe domain, surrounded by rivers on all sides, and began making soy sauce in the land of Kawashima, which is blessed with abundant nature.
Since then, we have continued to follow the traditional brewing method, using only carefully selected whole soybeans, wheat, and sun-dried salt as raw materials, and slowly fermenting and aging them in a large cedar tub for 1 to 2 years. Is producing.
There is a direct sales shop on the street of Kurazukuri, so please use it when you take a walk in Kawagoe.
