Using rice and water grown in Kawagoe, we continue to brew sake with the support of the locals as the only sake brewer in Kawagoe.
We receive the clear and abundant groundwater from the Chichibu mountain range, and with high-quality rice and Southern-style traditions and techniques for sake brewing, we brew quality-first sake with a passion for traditional handmade sake.
