Kawagoe-do tartlets are handmade from dough, and tartlets made from carefully selected materials have a simple and gentle flavor.
The kintsuba skin is baked and contains (red bean paste; sweet potato bean paste; Kawagoe matcha bean paste).
In the early Showa period, this potato confectionery was invented by Kashichi Yamazaki, the fifth generation owner of our shop, and was created by Torayoshi Yamada, the foreman at the time.
We do not have to take the trouble to make products, and we use carefully selected ingredients and carefully selected manufacturing methods for traditional Japanese foods.Change
