A Japanese confectionery shop that opened opposite Kawagoe Post Office in August 2023. We offer high-quality fresh confections that express the four seasons of Japan, which change monthly.

The recommended item is the Koedo Kintsuba, made with Hokkaido-grown red beans and baked with only a lightly sweetened mashed bean paste. This is the original kintsuba without the use of agar, and is irresistible for red bean paste lovers.

The Kawagoe potato kintsuba will be on sale from around October 2024. Also, be sure to try the soft and creamy warabi mochi, made with the flavorful Kawagoe matcha and Hokkaido soybean flour.
